Returns/Refunds

You have 30 days to return an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, in the original packaging and unused (excluding Be Neu). Be Neu is non-refundable. 

Shipping

We hope that you enjoy all of our MEUD products but if for some reason you don't, unfortunately you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items to the warehouse. Once the items are recieved we will process your refund/exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
